Fire Rated | Single & Double Door Sets
Joshua James fire rated Cross Bar steel door sets offer a unique and stylish appearance whilst providing E30 (FD30), EI30 & EI60+ fire rating which is all fully certified and tested here in Britain. Our complete steel fabricated system is just a mere 20mm deep (system dependent) translating a slimline and elegant appearance when situ. Our InoCross20FR & 50FR door sets are glazed using 6mm-20mm fire tested and certified glass deepening on the fire rating required. You can be rest assured that when working alongside Joshua James every aspect of the project is taken very seriously when dealing with fire rating and the product comes with a certificate on completion. Our Cross Bars range from 15mm-25mm depending on project scope and overall finished appearance. There is total freedom of design with our InoCross20FR & 50FR door sets and most design’s can be achieved. Our doors latch using a simple and streamline lever/latch style handle of which will be finished in the same RAL colour as your door set(s) or alternatively a brushed stainless steel.

To match our fire rated door sets Joshua James offer seamless, integrated or standalone fixed screens providing the same E30 (FD30), EI30 & EI60+ fire rating. With the same slimline profile of 20mm (system dependent) as our door sets, our fixed screens look beautiful in both a modern or traditional interior. Our bespoke fixed fire rated screens come glazed using 6mm-20mm fire tested and certified glass depending on specification requirements. We are able the achieve the same 15mm-25mm Cross Bar design and bespoke pattern which is completely unique to every project. All our framework is constructed from tested and certified fire rated steel profiles ensuring durability, structure and quality. We are proud to be able to offer industry leading fire rated systems that meet building regulations requirements and the same stunning appearance as our non-fire rated products.
