Set within a refined central London clinic, the Bloomsbury project involved the creation of a separate waiting area to enhance both function and client experience. Originally envisioned as a single door with fixed side screens, the design evolved to incorporate double doors, introducing a symmetrical composition that aligned more closely with the overall interior aesthetic.

Given the expansive aperture and restricted site access, the bespoke door set was fabricated in carefully planned sections to ensure it could be transported through the clinic’s narrow hallways. Once inside, the components were seamlessly assembled and joined by a discreet steel beam, preserving both the design integrity and overall aesthetic.

To elevate the sense of privacy while maintaining light transmission, reeded glass was chosen following an in-person sample review. Paired with a powder-coated Light Ivory frame, the doors became a soft yet striking feature within the elegant interior palette. Thoughtful adjustments during the design phase ensured the result was both beautiful and functional.

The use of 180-degree hinges enabled the doors to open fully, offering a flexible and welcoming threshold to the waiting area. The finished space, featuring our InoCross20 system, now serves as a calm, living room-style retreat — embodying a considered blend of luxury, practicality, and contemporary design.
