The Herefordshire project was a design and installation project that involved creating a separate reception room within an open-plan home. The client had a clearly defined vision for the project and provided the design team with detailed CAD images of their desired outcome. To meet the client's needs, the team designed and installed a double door set and a double sliding door set with fixed side screens.

During the design process, the client requested visuals featuring both three and four vertical Cross Bars, which the design team quickly produced. After a thoughtful evaluation process, the client ultimately decided to proceed with the three vertical Cross Bar design, which created a more open and free-flowing aesthetic for the space. The doors added significant character to the property, and their design complemented the black painted structural steel beams running throughout the property.

During installation, the team used a minimal number of shallow fasteners due to the presence of underfloor heating beneath the wood flooring. The sliding door was an exceptional addition to the project, providing easy access to the space while also completing the overall design.

The project involved a complete refurbishment of the property, including updates to everything from the flooring to the kitchen. As a result, the interior underwent a significant transformation, and the final outcome was almost unrecognizable from the initial survey. The Cross Bar doors served as an ideal solution for the client, providing them with the desired separate reception room while still maintaining a sense of connection to the rest of the property.
